Affiliate Manager – Crypto Vertical **Location:** Batumi, Georgia **Probation:** Remote **Base Salary:** $2,000–$4,000 + Performance Bonuses **Employment:** Full-Time **About The Role** We are looking for an **experienced Affiliate Manager** to join a growing affiliate network specializing in the **Crypto vertical** . The ideal candidate has a proven background in affiliate marketing, strong knowledge of CPA networks and crypto traffic sources, and the ability to build profitable, long-term relationships with webmasters and partners. Key Responsibilities - Build and nurture long-term relationships with webmasters and affiliates - Handle objections, negotiate effectively, and resolve partner issues - Monitor, analyze, and optimize the existing partner database - Manage inbound traffic and onboard newly registered webmasters - Develop new affiliate partnerships and business opportunities - Network at online and offline industry events - Present and promote the company's USP to potential partners - Analyze webmaster traffic sources and audience profiles - Select and promote the most relevant offers for optimal monetization - Set up and monitor postback tracking and performance - Analyze key performance metrics and identify optimization opportunities - Maintain regular reporting and accurate documentation **About You** - Proven experience working as an Affiliate Manager / Affiliate Account Manager - Strong understanding of the Crypto vertical - Deep knowledge of CPA networks and affiliate program dynamics - Good understanding of crypto traffic sources and monetization - Excellent communication and relationship-building skills - Fluent English, both written and spoken - Strong negotiation, objection-handling, and conflict-resolution skills - Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret statistical data - Good understanding of the affiliate market, target audiences, customer personas, and competitors - Knowledge of tracking systems and postback technology - Proactive, commercially minded, and results-oriented - Comfortable networking at international industry events What We Offer - $2,000–$4,000 base salary - Performance-based bonuses - Remote probation period - Opportunity to work from Batumi, Georgia - Flexible working hours - Opportunities to attend international conferences and industry events - Clear career progression and professional development - International and dynamic working environment THE TALENT HUNTER **TEAMWORK TENACITY TRIUMPH**
