The ideal candidate demonstrates consistency, communication precision, and the ability to convert audience interest into active participation within the DAG Army ecosystem. **Primary Responsibilities** • **Host Webinars** Plan and deliver structured webinars on AI, Blockchain, and ecosystem-related topics, ensuring clarity in communication, audience engagement, and consistent session quality. • **Drive Registrations Through Campaigns** Execute paid advertising campaigns to generate webinar registrations, focusing on targeting accuracy, cost efficiency, and sustained lead inflow. • **Convert Audience to Community Members** Engage webinar attendees and guide them toward active participation within the ecosystem by applying clear communication and structured follow-up approaches. • **Create Short-Form Content** Develop and publish short-form video content to increase awareness, maintain audience interest, and strengthen brand recall across digital platforms. • **Represent Brand Publicly** Act as a visible and credible representative of the brand across webinars, digital platforms, and offline engagements, maintaining consistency in communication. • **Participate in Events and Meetups** Support and attend local events or meetups where required, ensuring professional interaction, audience engagement, and alignment with brand positioning. • **Support Community Growth Initiatives** Contribute to ongoing community development efforts through consistent engagement, structured communication, and participation in growth-focused activities. **Primary Skills** • Strong communication and public speaking ability with clarity and confidence • Comfortable on camera with the ability to create structured content • Understanding of paid campaigns, funnels, and conversion-focused execution • Sales-oriented thinking with focus on measurable outcomes • Ability to simplify technical concepts such as AI and Blockchain • Consistency in content creation and audience interaction **Qualifications** • Bachelor’s degree in any field is preferred but not mandatory • Demonstrated interest in AI, Blockchain, or digital ecosystems • Understanding of online communities and digital engagement platforms **Experience** • Experience in content creation, webinars, or community engagement is preferred • Fresh candidates with strong communication skills and camera confidence may apply **Compensation/Salary** **• Salary Structure** The salary offered for this position is negligible and will be determined strictly based on the candidate’s individual profile, including relevant skills, practical exposure, communication ability, and overall suitability for the role.
