AI Product Engineer (AI-Native / Vibe Coding, AI x

My client is a globally recognized Web3 founder-led lab, with multiple large-scale blockchain projects backed by top-tier global institutions.

The team is now incubating a brand-new AI + Crypto initiative, focused on building next-generation AI-native applications. This is an early-stage, high-velocity product environment working directly with the founder. They embrace an AI-native development philosophy, leveraging LLM-powered coding agents as core productivity drivers, prioritizing speed, iteration, and product realization over traditional engineering rituals.

**Job Responsibilities:**

- Rapidly prototype and deploy end-to-end web applications and MVPs based on evolving product ideas.
- Leverage AI-native development workflows (e.g., Cursor, Replit Agent, Windsurf) to manage and accelerate the majority of the codebase.
- Design structured prompts and workflows to guide AI agents in generating maintainable and scalable code.
- Implement full-stack solutions across frontend UI and backend APIs, ensuring seamless system integration.
- Review, debug, and refine AI-generated code to ensure functionality, performance, and stability.
- Work directly with the founder to transform early-stage product concepts into working demos within short iteration cycles.

**Job Requirements:**

- Hands-on experience using LLM-based coding environments as primary development tools (not just occasional Copilot usage).
- Ability to independently build and ship full-stack applications end-to-end.
- Strong understanding of AI coding workflows — including prompt engineering, debugging AI outputs, and managing AI-generated codebases.
- Fundamental understanding of Web3 concepts (wallet integration, blockchain data interaction).
- Builder mindset with a strong bias toward shipping functional outcomes over perfect architecture.
- Comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-ambiguous environments.

**Nice to Have:**

- Personal AI-built product portfolio or hackathon projects.
- Experience integrating OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar models into production applications.
- Background in early-stage startups or 0→1 product development.
