The AML & Compliance Officer will handle daily tasks, including overseeing anti-money laundering (AML) and compliance programs, conducting due diligence, ensuring adherence to relevant sanctions, and providing guidance to ensure legal and regulatory compliance. Additional responsibilities may include implementing effective compliance policies, analyzing financial transactions, and staying updated with regulations in the fintech and crypto sectors. **Qualifications** - Strong Analytical Skills for reviewing data, identifying patterns, and assessing risks - Thorough understanding of Sanctions and the ability to monitor compliance and investigate potential breaches - Experience in Finance, particularly within the digital finance or cryptocurrency sectors - Proficient Communication skills for clear reporting and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders - Proven ability to conduct comprehensive Due Diligence, including in-depth research and risk assessments - Knowledge of international regulatory frameworks and experience in implementing compliance policies - Proficiency in relevant software tools and technology platforms - Bachelor's degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields - Professional certifications in compliance (e.g., CAMS, CFE) are a plus - Experience in cryptocurrency and CASP licensing processes is highly desirable 📍 Location: Bulgaria 📩 Apply: **legal@mostobit.com** **** **Move Smart.
