If you understand both the business side of financial services **and** the technical reality of blockchain — and you can translate between boardroom and engineering team without missing a beat — this role was built for you. **About the Role** As an **Associate DLT Analyst**, you'll work under the Blockchain and DLT Lead Consultant within the Digital Innovation and Architecture Division. You'll independently gather and synthesize business inputs, coordinate with partner teams, and help translate requirements into technical options and pilot plans — all within a live Digital Innovation Sandbox environment. This is a role where your work directly shapes which blockchain initiatives get built, how they get scoped, and whether they fly. **What You'll Be Doing** **1. Internal Business Requirements Coordination** - Plan and facilitate stakeholder interviews and workshops across Treasury, IT, Risk, Legal, and Operations - Produce as-is / to-be process maps, define KPIs, and conduct gap analysis across related initiatives - Develop cost-benefit views and delivery options (buy / build / partner) for prospective pilots - Compile project documentation and roadmaps **2. External Engagement Coordination** - Facilitate requirements sessions with vendors, internal stakeholders, and public-sector authorities - Capture functional and non-functional requirements with a focus on blockchain applications in transaction and financial settlement contexts — including finality, liquidity, throughput/latency, resiliency, interoperability, auditability, and regulatory supervision **3.
