About the Role

We’re an iGaming group launching a
**provably fair crypto gaming platform on Solana**
(PVP Jackpot, Coinflip, and more). We also operate a B2B game provider serving
**600+ operators globally**
. This role is
**80% focused on building the B2C product from zero**
. This is not a “post memes & hope for virality” role we need someone who understands
**wallet-to-bet funnels, acquisition economics, retention loops**
, and can build community while measuring every step.

**Measurement & Analytics:**

• Build end-to-end tracking:
**site visit → wallet connect → first bet → repeat bet → retained player**

• Set up dashboards for daily decisions:
**CPA per activated wallet, bet volume, retention cohorts, game-level performance**

• Monitor on-chain signals (Dune / explorers) alongside GA4/GTM, UTMs, and experiment tracking

**Acquisition From Zero:**

• Plan and execute
**pre-launch**
: teasers, waitlist, Discord/Telegram setup, early community seeding

• Coordinate launch week with the team:
**KOL/influencer push, incentive mechanics (airdrops/quests), onboarding**

• Source, negotiate, and manage
**crypto influencer/KOL campaigns**
— tracked by
**wallet connects, first bets, volume, and retention**
(not impressions)

• Build and scale an
**affiliate program**
from scratch: recruit partners, define
**CPA/RevShare**
, monitor quality and fraud signals

• Run Web3-native acquisition:
**Galxe/Zealy quests, referral loops, token-gated access**
, promotional mechanics

• Build SEO/content foundations: provably fair explainers, how-to guides, comparison pages (where relevant)

**Community & Content:**

• Grow and manage
**Discord + Telegram**
hands-on: onboarding, daily micro-events, community culture

• Operate X/Twitter daily:
**1–3 high-signal posts + replies/engagement**
(highlights, threads, memes when appropriate)

• Build social proof from day one: winner stories, community spotlights, transparent game mechanics

**Retention & LiveOps (CRM):**

• Design lifecycle flows: welcome, first-bet nudge, reactivation, churn-back

• Plan weekly tournaments/leaderboards to drive repeat play

• Help shape VIP/loyalty mechanics to increase LTV (with product/ops)

**Testing, Optimization & Reporting:**

• Run a weekly
**test roadmap**
(offers, creatives, landing/onboarding, incentive mechanics, influencer formats)

• Document every test:
**hypothesis → execution → result → learning**

• Work with product/dev to reduce friction: wallet connect UX, bet placement flow, payout speed

• Weekly report:
**new wallets, activated wallets (first bet), CPA, bet volume, repeat rate, cohort signals**

• Monthly deep-dive: channel ROI, influencer ranking, budget reallocation recommendations

**Success Metrics (First 30–60 Days):**


**Activated wallets**
(connected wallet + first bet) and CPA per activated wallet


**D1/D7 retention**
and repeat-bet rate

• Channel contribution: KOL + affiliate performance (quality + ROI)

• Community health: daily active members and engagement rate

**What You Bring:**


**3–7 years**
in B2C growth/performance marketing

• Experience in
**crypto/Web3, iGaming, or high-velocity consumer products**

• You’ve built a community/user base from
**zero**
(not just maintained one)

• Hands-on with Solana ecosystem (Phantom, explorers, crypto Twitter culture)

• Strong understanding of funnels + unit economics (
**CPA, retention, LTV**
)

• Comfortable with analytics: GA4, UTMs, on-chain dashboards, spreadsheet modeling

• Can work independently, move fast, and own outcomes end-to-end

• Fluent English required; Turkish/Portuguese/Spanish is a plus

**Nice to Have:**

• iGaming-specific experience (affiliate networks, compliance awareness)

• Content creation skills (short-form video, memes, threads)

• Galxe/Zealy or similar quest platforms

• Existing network of crypto influencers or affiliate partners

**B2B Side (~20%):**

Support marketing for our game provider: LinkedIn campaigns, iGaming conference coordination (ICE/SiGMA), and sales enablement materials.
