## **仕事内容** Backend Engineer (Cryptocurrency Exchange / Fintech) ・Java Backend Engineer seeking a highly autonomous Java Backend Engineer to scale our core cryptocurrency trading platform. The technical workspace is heavily driven by exceptional tech talent from China, operating at extreme speed and agility. You will optimize cutting-edge microservice architectures (SpringCloud), manage stateful wallet protocols, and build highly performant, low-latency financial engines. Key Responsibilities: ・Crypto Exchange Engineering: Architect, optimize, and maintain low-latency transaction engines, order-matching frameworks, node connectors, and bulletproof deposit/withdrawal pipelines. ・Blockchain Integration: Research, prototype, and implement decentralized features leveraging advanced ledger technologies and consensus mechanisms. ・Performance Tuning: Mitigate bottlenecks within our highly distributed system (SpringCloud) and optimize caching/message queues (Pulsar, Kafka). ・Cloud-Native Operations: Deploy and manage resilient, containerized services across production AWS and Kubernetes clusters.
