As we continue to expand our presence across Europe, we are seeking an experienced and strategic Director of Growth Web3 & Crypto to lead our global growth initiatives. This is a fully remote role based in Sweden, offering a unique opportunity to shape and execute growth strategies in one of the most dynamic sectors in technology. Key Responsibilities - Define and execute the company’s global growth strategy across Web3, crypto, and blockchain product lines. - Lead user acquisition, retention, and monetization strategies across multiple channels (on-chain, off-chain, community-driven). - Build, manage, and scale high-performing growth, marketing, and partnerships teams. - Develop and optimize data-driven growth funnels, leveraging analytics, experimentation, and performance metrics. - Drive ecosystem expansion through partnerships with protocols, exchanges, DAOs, and strategic stakeholders. - Oversee go-to-market strategies for new product launches, token launches, and platform expansions. - Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and executive leadership to align growth with long-term vision. - Monitor market trends in Web3, DeFi, NFTs, and emerging crypto sectors to identify new growth opportunities. Requirements - 7+ years of experience in growth, marketing, or commercial leadership roles, preferably within Web3, crypto, or high-growth tech environments. - Proven track record of scaling products or platforms, ideally in a decentralized or crypto-native context. - Deep understanding of blockchain technology, tokenomics, user incentives, and Web3 ecosystems. - Strong analytical mindset with hands-on experience in growth tools, data analysis, and experimentation frameworks. - Experience leading and mentoring distributed teams in a remote-first environment. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. - Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate in a fast-paced, evolving industry.
