The ideal candidate will have 3–4 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and deploying secure, scalable blockchain solutions. You will work on innovative products leveraging blockchain technologies across industries such as FinTech, Digital Assets, Supply Chain, Healthcare, and Real Estate. Key Responsibilities Blockchain Application Development \* Design, develop, test, and deploy blockchain-based applications and platforms. \* Build and maintain smart contracts using Solidity and other blockchain technologies. \* Develop decentralized applications (dApps) and Web3-enabled solutions. \* Implement blockchain features such as tokenization, staking, wallet integrations, and DeFi functionalities. \* Optimize blockchain systems for performance, scalability, and security. Smart Contract Development & Security \* Develop, audit, test, and deploy smart contracts. \* Ensure adherence to secure coding standards and blockchain best practices. \* Identify and mitigate vulnerabilities through rigorous testing and code reviews. \* Maintain compliance with blockchain protocols and industry standards. Domain-Specific Blockchain Solutions Develop innovative blockchain solutions for: \*FinTech:Payments, remittances, digital identity, and decentralized finance (DeFi). \*Digital Assets:Tokenization platforms, NFT ecosystems, and wallet management. \*Supply Chain:Product traceability and provenance tracking systems. \*Healthcare:Secure medical records and data-sharing platforms. \* Real Estate:Property tokenization and automated transaction management. Integration & Infrastructure Management \* Integrate blockchain networks with enterprise applications and third-party APIs. \* Manage blockchain nodes, wallets, explorers, and related infrastructure. \* Develop backend services supporting blockchain operations. \* Monitor network performance and ensure high system availability and reliability. Collaboration & Documentation \* Collaborate closely with product managers, architects, and cross-functional teams. \* Translate business requirements into scalable blockchain solutions. \* Create and maintain technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and development workflows. Required Qualifications Education \* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. \* Master's degree is an added advantage. Experience \* 3–4 years of hands-on experience in blockchain development. \* Experience working on blockchain products or within product-based organizations. \* Strong understanding of blockchain architecture, distributed systems, and decentralized technologies. Technical Skills \* Proficiency in Solidity, JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, or Go. \* Experience with blockchain platforms such as Ethereum, Polygon, Binance Smart Chain (BSC), Hyperledger, or similar technologies. \* Hands-on experience with smart contract development frameworks including Hardhat, Truffle, and Foundry. \* Strong knowledge of Web3.js, Ethers.js, and blockchain APIs. \* Experience with databases, RESTful APIs, and microservices architecture. \* Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP). \* Understanding of cryptography, consensus algorithms, and blockchain security principles.
