**Job Summary:** As a **Blockchain Developer** , you will support the design, development, optimization, and maintenance of blockchain-based applications and distributed ledger systems to enhance performance, security, scalability, and reliability. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather technical requirements, evaluate blockchain architectures and smart contracts, and help implement decentralized solutions based on data, best practices, and industry standards. This role is ideal for individuals looking to start or grow their career in blockchain development across fintech, Web3, enterprise systems, or decentralized application (dApp) environments. **Key Responsibilities:** - Assist in the design, development, and enhancement of blockchain networks, smart contracts, and decentralized applications (dApps) - Collect, analyze, and interpret on-chain and off-chain data related to transactions, performance, and security - Support evaluation of blockchain protocols, consensus mechanisms, and network performance - Develop, test, and maintain smart contracts and backend blockchain services - Create and maintain technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and system specifications - Identify security risks, performance bottlenecks, or inefficiencies in blockchain systems and propose improvements - Support senior developers and architects in protocol integration, system optimization, and root cause analysis - Collaborate with frontend, backend, security, and product teams to ensure solution feasibility and compliance - Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to transaction throughput, latency, gas costs, security, and reliability - Assist with testing, validation, debugging, and continuous improvement initiatives - Support preparation of technical inputs for code reviews, audits, and technical decision-making **Required skills and Qualifications:** - Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in data analysis and debugging tools - Basic understanding of blockchain fundamentals, cryptography, distributed systems, and consensus algorithms - Proficiency or familiarity with programming languages such as **Solidity, JavaScript, Python, Go, or Rust** - Experience or exposure to blockchain platforms such as **Ethereum, Hyperledger, Solana, or Polygon** - Familiarity with smart contract development frameworks (e.g., Hardhat, Truffle, Foundry) - Exposure to testing, security auditing tools, or blockchain simulation environments is a plus - Ability to analyze technical data and translate findings into scalable, secure blockchain solutions - Strong attention to detail, code quality, and documentation practices - Effective communication skills for explaining technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders - Eagerness to learn, adapt, and grow in a fast-evolving, hands-on blockchain development environment.
