Role Overview The **Blockchain Developer** will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing blockchain applications and smart contracts. This role requires strong technical expertise, creativity, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure and efficient solutions. Key Responsibilities - Design and develop blockchain-based applications and smart contracts. - Implement and maintain decentralized applications (dApps) on platforms such as Ethereum, Hyperledger, or Binance Smart Chain. - Collaborate with product managers and developers to integrate blockchain solutions into existing systems. - Ensure the security, scalability, and performance of blockchain applications. - Conduct code reviews and maintain documentation for blockchain projects. - Stay updated on emerging blockchain technologies, frameworks, and industry trends. - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to blockchain systems. Qualifications - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field. - 3–6 years of experience in blockchain development. - Strong proficiency in Solidity, Rust, Go, or similar programming languages. - Experience with Ethereum, Hyperledger, or other blockchain platforms. - Knowledge of cryptography, consensus algorithms, and smart contract security. - Familiarity with Web3.js, Truffle, Hardhat, or similar frameworks. - Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment.
