**Role Description**

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Blockchain Specialist, based in Pune, with the opportunity to work partially from home. The Blockchain Architect will design, develop, and implement blockchain-based frameworks and architecture tailored to meet client goals. Daily responsibilities include developing blockchain solutions, implementing cryptographic and security protocols, managing back-end systems for decentralized applications, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will also conduct research on emerging blockchain technologies to ensure the delivery of cutting-edge solutions.

**Qualifications**

- Strong understanding of Blockchain technology and cryptocurrency systems
- Expertise in Cryptography and hands-on experience with secure protocol implementation
- Proficiency in Back-End Web Development and Software Development with programming languages like Python, Java, or Solidity
- Experience in designing and implementing decentralized applications and blockchain infrastructures
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to design scalable, secure, and efficient technology solutions
- Knowledge of smart contracts and decentralized finance (DeFi) is a plus
- Familiarity with Layer 2 scaling solutions and tokenization is advantageous
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
