Not even close. **Role:** Blockchain Developer **Location:** Remote **Role Overview:** We are hiring a Blockchain Developer to build decentralized applications and smart contract systems that extend Joveo's platform into the emerging world of verifiable credentials and trustless data exchange in hiring. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design and develop smart contracts using Solidity or Rust (Solana) - Build and maintain decentralized application (dApp) backends and integrations - Audit smart contracts for security vulnerabilities and gas optimization - Integrate blockchain functionality with existing Web2 APIs and databases - Research and evaluate emerging protocols, L2 solutions, and standards - Collaborate with product teams to define feasible blockchain feature scopes **Required Skills & Qualifications:** - Proficiency in Solidity and EVM-compatible blockchain development - Experience with development frameworks such as Hardhat, Foundry, or Truffle - Understanding of DeFi protocols, NFT standards (ERC-20, ERC-721), and Web3 patterns - Familiarity with Web3 libraries (ethers.js, wagmi, or web3.js) - Knowledge of wallet integrations, signing, and on-chain identity standards - Security-first mindset with experience in smart contract auditing or review **Equal Opportunity Employer:** Joveo is an equal opportunity employer.
