This role involves working across blockchain systems, backend services, and modern frontend frameworks, along with exposure to AI-based integrations. **Key Responsibilities** **Blockchain Development** - Design and develop blockchain-based applications and smart contracts - Work with EVM and non-EVM ecosystems - Build and maintain decentralized applications (dApps) - Implement token standards and wallet integrations **Full Stack Development** - Develop frontend applications using React.js and Next.js - Build backend services using Node.js and NestJS - Create and manage APIs and microservices - Ensure smooth integration between frontend, backend, and blockchain layers **Backend & Database** - Design scalable backend architecture - Work with databases like MongoDB, MySQL, or PostgreSQL - Implement authentication and secure data handling - Optimize performance and scalability **AI Integration (Good to Have)** - Support integration of AI-based features such as automation or analytics - Work with basic AI/ML concepts for data-driven workflows **Collaboration** - Work closely with cross-functional teams - Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging - Follow best practices for secure and scalable development **Required Skills & Qualifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field - 4+ years of experience in blockchain and full stack development **Technical Skills** - Languages: Solidity, Rust, JavaScript / TypeScript - Blockchain: Ethereum, Polygon, Solana, or similar networks - Smart Contracts: ERC-20, ERC-721, and related standards - Frontend: React.js, Next.js, HTML, CSS - Backend: Node.js, REST APIs - Databases: MongoDB / SQL databases - Tools: Git, Hardhat / Truffle / Foundry **Good to Have** - Experience with Web3 libraries (Ethers.js, Wagmi) - Understanding of microservices architecture - Basic exposure to AI/ML tools or frameworks Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year Benefits: - Paid sick time - Paid time off Ability to commute/relocate: - Mohali, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Experience: - Blockchain Development: 4 years (Required) Location: - Mohali, Punjab (Required) Work Location: In person
