We operate across 67+ active repositories and ship millions of code changes every two weeks, supported by AI-integrated development practices across the full engineering stack. --- **About This Role** We are expanding our team and looking for engineers and builders who have a genuine understanding of blockchain fundamentals and a demonstrated ability to ship working products. We do not filter by technology stack, years of experience, or academic background. What we look for is the ability to understand what we are building and contribute meaningfully to it. This is an independent contractor engagement. --- **Our Hiring Process** We have no formal application, no resume review, and no interview rounds. Instead: 1. Review our GitHub (github.com/tokamak-network) and website (tokamak.network) to understand our projects and ecosystem 2. Build something — an improvement to an existing project, a new tool, or any contribution that adds value to the Tokamak ecosystem 3. Submit your repository to jaden@tokamak.network and hr@tokamak.network, along with your ERC-20 wallet address All submissions are compensated with TOKAMAK tokens as a token of appreciation for your time and effort.
