Team members work in a dynamic environment that values innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning. **Role Description** We are hiring a Blockchain Finance Specialist to support research, market intelligence, reporting, and strategy work across blockchain-based financial systems and digital asset markets. This is a full-time, paid remote role based in France focused on blockchain finance, cryptocurrency markets, Web3 financial infrastructure, and crypto-native financial innovation. The Blockchain Finance Specialist will monitor blockchain finance trends, research crypto market developments, review DeFi and stablecoin activity, and prepare research materials across digital assets, tokenized markets, blockchain networks, crypto payments, and Web3 financial products. This role is ideal for someone with strong interest in cryptocurrency, blockchain technology, digital finance, fintech, and emerging Web3 markets. **Responsibilities** • Research blockchain finance trends, cryptocurrency markets, digital assets, DeFi protocols, stablecoins, and tokenized assets • Monitor developments across blockchain networks, crypto payments, Web3 financial platforms, exchanges, and digital asset products • Track token performance, liquidity conditions, capital flows, protocol activity, investor sentiment, and regulatory developments • Prepare blockchain finance reports, crypto market updates, research summaries, ecosystem notes, and digital asset intelligence materials • Support analysis of decentralized finance, tokenized markets, stablecoin adoption, on-chain activity, payment innovation, and emerging Web3 use cases • Review blockchain explorers, crypto analytics tools, DeFi dashboards, market data platforms, public reports, and industry news • Collaborate with team members on blockchain research, digital asset strategy, fintech initiatives, and finance-focused Web3 projects • Maintain organized research files, market trackers, protocol notes, finance ecosystem watchlists, and blockchain intelligence resources **Qualifications** • Strong interest in blockchain finance, cryptocurrency, digital assets, Web3, DeFi, stablecoins, and financial technology • Familiarity with blockchain networks, crypto markets, digital asset research, fintech, payments, tokenized assets, or Web3 platforms • Understanding of liquidity, capital flows, token ecosystems, wallets, exchanges, market cycles, risk factors, and digital finance concepts • Familiarity with blockchain explorers, crypto analytics tools, DeFi dashboards, TradingView, or market data platforms is a plus • Strong research, analytical, organizational, and communication skills • Ability to explain blockchain finance trends, crypto market developments, and digital asset insights clearly • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment while managing multiple research priorities • Previous experience in blockchain research, crypto research, fintech, financial markets, investment research, or Web3 projects is helpful **Benefits** • Remote work environment • Exposure to blockchain finance, cryptocurrency markets, DeFi, stablecoins, tokenized assets, and Web3 financial ecosystems • Opportunity to build experience across blockchain research, market intelligence, reporting, and digital asset strategy • Collaborative, technology-focused, and innovation-driven environment • Opportunities for professional development and growth **Compensation** Salary range: €78,000 - €84,000 per year depending on experience
