Blockchain Solidity Developer

We are seeking a **Mid-Level Blockchain Developer** to build **government-grade blockchain infrastructure** across **EVM and permissioned blockchain networks**. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in **Solidity smart contract development**, **Hyperledger Besu/Fabric**, **ERC-20, ERC-721, ERC-1155 token standards**, **oracle integrations**, and **IoT-to-blockchain data pipelines**. You will design secure, auditable blockchain solutions, develop multi-oracle consensus mechanisms, integrate backend services with blockchain networks, and ensure enterprise-level security, compliance, and reliability. **Job Responsibilities (JRs)** - Design, develop, and deploy **Solidity smart contracts** for **EVM-compatible blockchains**. - Build and maintain blockchain applications on **Hyperledger Besu, Hyperledger Fabric, or other permissioned ledgers**. - Develop and manage **ERC-20, ERC-721, ERC-1155, and other NFT token standards**. - Design **multi-oracle consensus systems** for secure on-chain settlement. - Build **IoT-to-blockchain integrations** with secure device telemetry validation. - Develop **backend transaction signing services** and blockchain APIs using **Node.js or Go**. - Integrate blockchain services with **digital identity systems** and wallet management. - Deploy, configure, and maintain **validator nodes** and blockchain infrastructure. - Perform **smart contract testing, auditing, gas optimization, and security reviews**. - Create technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and deployment procedures. - Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and product teams to deliver enterprise-grade blockchain solutions. **Job Requirements (JDs)** - **2–5 years of professional Blockchain Development experience.** - Strong expertise in **Solidity** and **EVM-compatible blockchain development (Mandatory).** - **Hands-on experience with ERC-20, ERC-721, ERC-1155, and NFT smart contracts (Mandatory).** - Experience with **Hyperledger Besu, Hyperledger Fabric, Quorum, or other permissioned blockchain platforms (Mandatory).** - Proficiency with **Hardhat, Foundry, Truffle, Ethers.js, and Web3.js.** - Experience developing **smart contracts**, including **upgradeable contracts, gas optimization, and security best practices.** - Knowledge of **oracle integration**, **multi-source consensus**, and blockchain settlement mechanisms. - Experience integrating **IoT devices**, **Secure Element/TPM**, or hardware-backed identity solutions is highly preferred. - Strong backend development skills using **Node.js, Go, or similar technologies.** - Understanding of **cryptography, digital signatures, hashing, key management, and secure custody.** - Familiarity with **validator nodes, IBFT/QBFT consensus, PoA, and permissioned blockchain architecture.** - Experience with **Git**, CI/CD, testing frameworks, and blockchain deployment pipelines. - Knowledge of **Trusted Execution Environments (Intel SGX/AMD SEV)**, **Zero-Knowledge Proofs**, or **privacy-preserving blockchain solutions** is a plus. - Excellent analytical, debugging, documentation, and problem-solving skills. - **Experience working on enterprise, government, fintech, or highly regulated blockchain projects is highly preferred.** Work Location: In person
