As Web3 adoption continues to expand across decentralized applications, digital ownership, smart contracts, NFTs, DeFi, and tokenized online experiences, Dapptize is expanding its blockchain research, product support, and Web3 implementation capabilities. **Role Description** We are hiring a Blockchain Specialist to support blockchain research, dApp strategy, smart contract coordination, Web3 product analysis, and decentralized application implementation. This is a full-time role focused on reviewing blockchain use cases, supporting Web3 product planning, preparing technical research materials, and helping teams understand how decentralized applications, smart contracts, wallets, tokens, NFTs, and multi-chain infrastructure can be used in practical products. The role is focused on research, product support, blockchain analysis, and Web3 strategy. It does not require candidates to trade personal funds, manage retail client accounts, sell tokens, or provide investment advice. **Responsibilities** Research blockchain platforms, decentralized applications, smart contracts, wallets, NFTs, DeFi protocols, Layer 1 networks, Layer 2 networks, and Web3 infrastructure Support product and strategy work related to no-code dApp creation, blockchain templates, modular Web3 plugins, multi-chain deployment, and user-facing decentralized applications Prepare blockchain research notes, product briefs, ecosystem summaries, implementation guides, and internal strategy materials Review smart contract concepts, token standards, wallet integrations, NFT functionality, DeFi workflows, decentralized storage, and blockchain data tools Analyze how Web3 features can support user onboarding, digital ownership, transparency, automation, payments, community engagement, and product utility Monitor developments across Ethereum, Polygon, BNB Chain, Solana, Arbitrum, Optimism, Base, Avalanche, decentralized exchanges, NFT platforms, wallets, bridges, and developer tooling Support internal and client-facing discussions around blockchain product use cases, dApp structure, Web3 user experience, security considerations, and launch planning Build and maintain research files, ecosystem maps, blockchain comparison tables, product notes, technical documentation, and Web3 market watchlists Work with product, development, design, research, marketing, partnerships, and business development teams to turn blockchain concepts into clear product recommendations **Qualifications** Strong interest in blockchain technology, Web3, decentralized applications, smart contracts, digital assets, NFTs, DeFi, wallets, and multi-chain infrastructure Experience or strong familiarity with blockchain research, Web3 product strategy, dApp development concepts, smart contract workflows, crypto ecosystems, fintech, or digital product analysis Understanding of blockchain concepts including decentralization, smart contracts, token standards, wallets, transactions, gas fees, security, governance, NFTs, and decentralized finance Familiarity with Ethereum, Polygon, Solana, BNB Chain, Arbitrum, Optimism, Base, Avalanche, stablecoins, NFT platforms, DeFi protocols, and blockchain infrastructure tools Ability to review product documentation, blockchain research, technical explainers, Web3 market data, protocol materials, and user workflows Strong writing, research, communication, organization, and analytical thinking skills Comfortable preparing product notes, research briefs, technical summaries, documentation, Web3 guides, and internal business updates Candidates must be legally authorized to work remotely from the United States **Preferred Background** Experience in blockchain research, Web3 product support, dApp strategy, smart contract coordination, DeFi research, NFT products, digital asset research, fintech, or Web3 consulting Familiarity with tools such as Etherscan, Polygonscan, Solscan, DefiLlama, Dune, Token Terminal, CoinGecko, CoinMarketCap, Snapshot, Safe, WalletConnect, MetaMask, Notion, Airtable, Excel, or Google Sheets Understanding of no-code platforms, dApp builders, smart contract templates, wallet onboarding, token standards, NFT minting, DeFi workflows, multi-chain products, and blockchain security basics Ability to communicate blockchain concepts clearly for technical and non-technical audiences in a remote environment **Benefits** Remote work environment for candidates based in the United States Opportunity to work with a no-code Web3 platform focused on making decentralized application creation more accessible Exposure to dApp builders, smart contracts, blockchain product strategy, NFTs, DeFi, wallets, multi-chain infrastructure, and Web3 user experience Collaborative environment focused on product innovation, blockchain education, practical Web3 adoption, and user-friendly decentralized technology Opportunities for professional development within blockchain strategy, Web3 product research, dApp implementation, smart contract workflows, and decentralized application ecosystems **Compensation** Salary range: $80,000 - $110,000 USD per year depending on experience in blockchain research, Web3 product strategy, dApp development concepts, smart contract coordination, fintech, or digital assets Performance-based incentives and additional bonus opportunities may also be available
