In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing our Linux-based infrastructure, ensuring seamless deployment, integration, and support of our payment systems. Your expertise will be instrumental in building automation tools, improving system reliability, and supporting our cloud and open-source technologies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in scripting, system troubleshooting, network architecture, and security protocols, with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions that improve operational efficiency and customer experience. **Qualifications** - Experience working on Linux-based infrastructure and environments. - Proficiency in programming languages including Python, Bash Shell scripting, and Java. - Hands-on experience with various open-source tools, cloud services, and automation frameworks. - Knowledge of DevOps principles, CI/CD pipelines, and related tooling. - Strong understanding of network architecture, including RACK, Spine Switch, Leaf Switch, and cluster setup. - Experience with container technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes. - Familiarity with security and compliance standards like LDAP, IAM, MIT Kerberos, and data security protocols. - Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to perform root cause analysis and resolve complex technical issues. - Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. **Responsibilities** - Maintain and enhance the Linux-based infrastructure to ensure high availability and performance. - Develop and deploy automation scripts and tools to streamline operations and reduce errors. - Implement and improve CI/CD pipelines to facilitate rapid and reliable software releases. - Perform root cause analysis for production errors and implement corrective measures. - Support the deployment of updates, patches, and fixes across various systems and applications. - Design and implement procedures for system troubleshooting, maintenance, and security compliance. - Build and manage containerized environments using Docker and Kubernetes. - Enhance monitoring and alerting systems to proactively identify and resolve issues. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop software that integrates with internal back-end systems. - Ensure data security and compliance through effective implementation of security protocols and standards. - Perform system capacity planning and network architecture design to support scalable growth. **Benefits** NPCI offers a comprehensive benefits package designed to support the well-being and professional growth of its employees.
