Blockchain Strategy Lead

**Job Summary:** We are seeking an experienced **Blockchain Strategy Lead** to drive blockchain initiatives, digital asset strategies, and decentralized technology adoption across the organization. The ideal candidate will develop blockchain roadmaps, assess emerging technologies, and align blockchain solutions with business objectives and innovation goals. **Responsibilities:** - Develop and lead blockchain strategies, initiatives, and innovation programs - Evaluate blockchain technologies, smart contracts, and decentralized applications (dApps) for business use cases - Collaborate with technical, product, legal, and business teams to implement blockchain solutions - Analyze market trends, regulatory developments, and emerging opportunities in blockchain and Web3 - Oversee blockchain project planning, partnerships, and vendor relationships - Ensure compliance with security, legal, and governance standards for blockchain initiatives - Provide strategic recommendations on tokenization, digital assets, and decentralized ecosystems - Lead and mentor teams while promoting blockchain best practices and innovation **Qualifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, Business, or related field - Proven experience in blockchain strategy, digital transformation, fintech, or related leadership roles - Strong knowledge of blockchain platforms, smart contracts, cryptography, and decentralized technologies - Familiarity with Ethereum, Hyperledger, Solidity, Web3, DeFi, NFTs, or digital asset ecosystems - Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills - Relevant blockchain, fintech, or project management certifications are an advantage Pay: RO3,000.000 per month Work Location: In person
