We are seeking a visionary **Blockchain Strategy Lead** to drive the adoption of blockchain technologies in healthcare, ensuring secure, transparent, and efficient systems for patients, providers, and partners. Role Overview The Blockchain Strategy Lead will define and execute the company’s blockchain roadmap, integrating distributed ledger technologies into healthcare solutions. This role requires strategic leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to align blockchain initiatives with business and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities - **Blockchain strategy**: Develop and implement blockchain adoption frameworks for healthcare systems. - **Solution architecture**: Design secure, scalable blockchain solutions for medical records, supply chains, and patient data. - **Regulatory compliance**: Ensure blockchain solutions meet healthcare regulations and data privacy standards. - **Innovation leadership**: Evaluate emerging blockchain platforms and recommend adoption strategies. - **Collaboration**: Partner with IT, medical, and business teams to deliver impactful blockchain solutions. - **Performance optimization**: Monitor and refine blockchain systems for efficiency and scalability. Qualifications - Proven experience as a **Blockchain Strategy Lead** or senior blockchain architect. - Strong expertise in **distributed ledger technologies** (Ethereum, Hyperledger, Corda). - Hands-on experience with **smart contracts** and decentralized applications. - Deep knowledge of **data privacy**, **security**, and **compliance frameworks**. - Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills. - Advanced degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field preferred. - Relevant certifications in blockchain technologies are highly desirable.
