The candidate will be responsible for lead generation, client communication, partnership development, sales pipeline management, and business growth for blockchain-based solutions and services. **Key Responsibilities** **Lead Generation & Business Developmen** t Generate leads through LinkedIn, Upwork, email outreach, networking, and Web3 communities. Identify potential clients for blockchain and Web3 development services. Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline. Explore new business opportunities and strategic partnerships. **Client Handling** Understand client requirements and coordinate with technical teams. Schedule meetings, presentations, and product demos with prospects. Manage end-to-end client communication and follow-ups. Build long-term relationships with international and domestic clients. **Sales & Proposal Management** - Prepare proposals, quotations, pitch decks, and business presentations. - Handle Upwork bidding and LinkedIn outreach campaigns. - Negotiate pricing and close business deals. - Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. - Market Research - Stay updated with latest blockchain, crypto, NFT, and Web3 market trends. - Analyze competitors and identify growth opportunities. - Services Knowledge Required **Candidates should have basic understanding of:** - Blockchain Development - Smart Contracts - Web3 Applications - NFT Marketplace Development - DeFi Platforms - Crypto Exchange Solutions - Token Development - Wallet Integration - Metaverse & Web3 Ecosystem **Required Skills** - Excellent communication and negotiation skills - Strong lead generation and client handling abilities - Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Upwork bidding - CRM management skills - Proposal writing and presentation skills - Ability to handle international clients - Basic understanding of Blockchain and Web3 concepts **Preferred Qualifications** - Bachelor’s degree in BBA, MBA, B.Tech, Marketing, or related field - Prior experience in IT services or Blockchain/Web3 company preferred
