BlockOffice focuses on providing customized solutions, including tokenomics advisory, tax optimization, and fundraising support, enabling startups to scale efficiently. **Role Description** This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development/Growth professional in the realms of Venture Capital, Web3, and Marketing, based in Greater Kuala Lumpur. Some work-from-home flexibility is available. The role involves identifying and executing growth opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients and investors, conducting market research on Web3 and tech trends, creating marketing strategies, generating leads, and contributing to fundraising strategies and investor communication. Collaboration with internal teams to meet business goals will be a key component of the role. **Qualifications** - Strong Analytical Skills for evaluating market trends, developing growth strategies, and interpreting data to inform decisions - Exceptional Communication skills for client management, team collaboration, and investor relations - Experience in Lead Generation and Market Research, with a focus on identifying and pursuing growth opportunities in Web3 and tech sectors - Proficiency in Customer Service to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders - Familiarity with marketing and digital branding strategies - Knowledge of venture capital, tokenomics, and startup growth strategies is highly advantageous - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field - Ability to adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
