We are looking for a Sales & Marketing Manager who doesn't just sell software, but partners with Exporters, Corporates, and Government bodies to digitally transform their operations. **The Opportunity** This is a high-visibility role where you will own the complete GTM (Go-to-Market) strategy for our most advanced product lines. You will be selling complex, high-ticket solutions to C-suite executives and government decision-makers. **Core Responsibilities** - **Strategic Market Penetration:** Architect and execute a sales strategy specifically designed to penetrate the Export, Corporate, and Government verticals with our AI and Blockchain solutions. - **Full-Cycle Enterprise Sales** : Own the end-to-end sales lifecycle—from prospecting and qualification to negotiating high-value contracts and closing deals with C-level stakeholders. - **Solution-Based Consultative Selli** ng: Move beyond feature-selling; diagnose client pain points (e.g., supply chain traceability, data security, process automation) and map our ERP/AI/Blockchain stack as the strategic solution. - **Revenue & Pipeline Growth:** Take full ownership of the revenue targets. Build a robust, healthy sales pipeline and provide accurate forecasting to the leadership team. - **Strategic Alliances:** Identify and forge strategic partnerships with system integrators, industry bodies, and government agencies to amplify market reach. - **Marketing Leadership:** Oversee brand positioning and digital campaigns to generate high-quality MQLs (Marketing Qualified Leads) that convert into revenue. - **Team Mentorship:** Guide and upskill junior team members, fostering a high-performance, hunter-mentality culture. **What You Bring to the Table** - **Experience:** 2+ years in the Export/International Trade sector, with a proven track record in B2B sales or business development. - **Tech Acumen:** Strong awareness of AI (automation, predictive analytics) and a clear understanding of Blockchain (certification, traceability, smart contracts). You don't need to code, but you must be able to articulate the business value. - **Proven Track Recor** d: Demonstrable success in achieving and exceeding sales targets in enterprise software, SaaS, or IT services. - **Stakeholder Management:** Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical teams and non-technical government/corporate buyers. - **Leadership:** Natural ability to lead, motivate, and coordinate a team without needing micromanagement. **Preferred Differentiators** - Existing network within Government bodies or large-scale Export Houses. - Prior experience selling Website/Mobile App development as a service. - Knowledge of digital marketing funnels and e-commerce growth strategies. **Key Competencies** - Enterprise Solution Selling - AI & Blockchain Business Application - Export Industry Dynamics - Strategic Negotiation - Revenue Forecasting & Pipeline Management - Cross-functional Team Collaboration **What We Offer** - Compensation: Industry-leading salary + performance incentives.
