Business Development Manager – KOL (Korea Market) | Crypto Exchange **Location:** Remote (South Korea Preferred) / Dubai (Optional) **Department:** Global Business Development **Industry:** Cryptocurrency Exchange / Web3 / Blockchain About the Role CoinW is seeking an experienced **Korea KOL Business Development Manager** to lead our influencer and community growth initiatives in the Korean crypto market. This role is responsible for identifying, onboarding, managing, and scaling relationships with top Korean crypto KOLs, influencers, trading communities, media partners, and ecosystem leaders to drive user acquisition, brand awareness, and trading volume. The ideal candidate has direct experience working for a **cryptocurrency exchange or a similar Web3 company** , possesses an established network within Korea's crypto ecosystem, and has a proven track record of executing successful KOL campaigns. Key Responsibilities - Develop and execute CoinW's KOL growth strategy across the Korean market. - Identify, evaluate, recruit, and onboard high-quality crypto KOLs, influencers, traders, communities, and content creators. - Build and maintain long-term relationships with Korean KOLs and strategic partners. - Negotiate partnership terms, campaign deliverables, and commercial agreements. - Plan and execute influencer marketing campaigns to drive registrations, trading volume, and brand exposure. - Manage KOL performance through KPIs such as user acquisition, trading activity, ROI, engagement, and campaign effectiveness. - Collaborate closely with Marketing, Community, Product, and Regional Business Development teams to localize campaigns for Korea. - Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging influencers within the Korean crypto ecosystem. - Represent CoinW at crypto conferences, meetups, AMAs, and industry events across Korea. - Maintain an organized CRM/database of KOLs, communities, agencies, and strategic partners. - Prepare regular reports on campaign performance and business development activities. Requirements - **3+ years of Business Development, KOL Management, Influencer Marketing, or Partnership experience within the cryptocurrency industry.** - Previous experience working for a **cryptocurrency exchange (CEX preferred)** or similar Web3 company. - Strong knowledge of the Korean cryptocurrency market and trading community. - Demonstrated experience identifying, recruiting, negotiating, and managing crypto KOL partnerships. - Existing network of Korean crypto influencers, traders, YouTubers, Telegram administrators, Discord communities, media partners, and industry stakeholders. - Strong understanding of crypto products including: - Spot Trading - Futures Trading - Copy Trading - Earn Products - Launchpad - Web3 Ecosystem - Experience managing influencer campaigns with measurable business outcomes. - Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills. - Strong analytical mindset with experience tracking campaign ROI and KPIs. - Self-driven, proactive, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced global environment. Preferred Qualifications - Experience working for global crypto exchanges such as Binance, Bybit, OKX, Bitget, Gate.io, KuCoin, MEXC, HTX, BingX, WEEX, or similar platforms. - Existing relationships with top-tier Korean crypto influencers and trading communities. - Experience organizing offline events, meetups, or ambassador programs. - Knowledge of affiliate, referral, and ambassador programs within the crypto industry. - Familiarity with Korean crypto regulations and local market trends. Language Requirements - Native or fluent Korean. - Professional proficiency in English for collaboration with global teams.
