Business Development（web3/CEX）

**Job Overview** We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven **Future Business Development (BD)** to drive user growth, trading volume, and strategic partnerships in the Korean market. The ideal candidate will have strong local market knowledge, experience in crypto derivatives, and the ability to build and manage KOLs, communities, and institutional relationships. **Key Responsibilities** - Develop and execute business development strategies to grow the **futures trading business** in Korea - Identify, acquire, and manage **KOLs, affiliates, and channel partners** to drive user acquisition and trading volume - Build and maintain relationships with **trading communities, influencers, and institutional clients** - Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to launch **localized campaigns, events, and promotions** - Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and user behavior to optimize BD strategies - Drive onboarding of high-value traders and partners, ensuring sustainable volume growth - Track performance metrics such as **DAU, trading volume, and partner contributions** , and continuously improve outcomes - Support product and strategy teams with local insights and feedback from the Korean market **Qualifications** - Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related fields - Proven experience in **crypto exchange / futures BD / KOL management** - Strong network in the Korean crypto, trading, or fintech ecosystem - Deep understanding of **crypto derivatives (futures trading)** and user behavior - Strong communication and negotiation skills - Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment - Fluency in **Korean and English** (Chinese is a plus) **Preferred Qualifications** - Experience working with top-tier exchanges or trading platforms - Existing KOL / community / affiliate resources in Korea - Familiarity with Telegram, Discord, and local Korean crypto communities **Compensation & Benefits** - Competitive base salary + performance-based commission - Commission tied to **trading fee contribution and volume growth** - Flexible working environment - Opportunity to grow with a fast-scaling global crypto platform
