This is a flexible, success-based role, ideal for someone well-networked in the angel, fund, or family office space. **Responsibilities** - Introduce qualified investors to the founding team - Provide light context and guidance to support warm intros - Optional: Assist with pitch positioning or follow-up coordination **Profile** - Strong network of investors across early-stage tech or digital assets - Clear communicator, able to quickly identify strategic fit - Experience with capital raises (as operator or connector) is a plus **Terms** - **Success-fee based** : Commission or equity for each successful investment - Non-exclusive - Discreet engagement — stealth-mode respected throughout
