About the Role
What You'll Do
- Support customers via live chat and email in English.
- Answer questions and resolve issues quickly.
- Learn about Bybit products and cryptocurrency markets.
- Follow up on customer inquiries and complaints.
- Share customer feedback and suggest improvements.
- Report issues and risks to management.
- Help improve team processes and efficiency.
What We're Looking For
- Strong English communication skills.
- 2–4 years of customer service experience (chat/email preferred).
- Experience in finance, fintech, trading, or crypto is a plus.
- Good numerical and problem-solving skills.
- Interest in fintech and cryptocurrency.
- Team player with a proactive and customer-focused mindset.
- Able to work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Comfortable with a hybrid work setup.
