This involves scaling the infrastructure through tier-1 banking and payment network partnerships, leading end-to-end corporate financing and institutional fundraising, and repositioning its regional brand into a dominant global ecosystem leader. **Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:** - **Drive Regional Expansion:** Own the P&L, operational scaling, and strategic deployment of the company's US and European crypto payments and stablecoin ecosystems. - **Anchor Ecosystem Partnerships:** Build and scale a robust network of relationships across global banking infrastructure, payment rails, and elite investment firms. - **Lead Corporate Financing:** Formulate and execute the firm’s fundraising strategy, managing capital partnerships, investor relations, and transaction lifecycles. - **Amplify Market Influence:** Position the company as a premier global player through targeted brand strategy, enhancing visibility and trust within the US and EU financial communities. **The Ideal Candidate:** - Experience: 10+ years in investor relations, branding, partnerships, or capital markets, with experience in senior leadership. Experience in both the US & EU markets, preferably in payments or digital assets. - Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or Economics. MBA, CFA, CPA, similar certifications are strongly preferred. - Skills: Deep knowledge of US & EU financial markets and digital assets.
