**Key Responsibilities**

1. Define and execute the company’s strategic vision and growth roadmap
2. Build and lead a world-class executive leadership team
3. Direct regulatory strategy, licensing, and compliance infrastructure
4. Lead capital formation efforts and manage investor relationships
5. Establish strategic partnerships across crypto, fintech, and traditional finance
6. Develop scalable operational, risk, and technology infrastructure

**Ideal Candidate Profile**

1. Proven CEO or senior executive experience in banking, fintech, or crypto
2. Demonstrated success scaling high-growth financial institutions
3. Deep expertise in digital assets, regulatory frameworks, and capital markets
4. Strong institutional relationships within financial services and/or crypto ecosystems
5. Track record of building and leading high-performing executive teams
6. Unimpeachable integrity, discretion, and execution capability
