Client Operations - Crypto / Digital Assets

Our client is a global institutional digital assets firm, who are now looking for an Operations Analyst, focused on Client Transactions. This role sits within the Singapore operations team and focuses on transaction operations, reconciliations, operational controls, and process improvement across digital asset workflows. The successful candidate will gain hands-on exposure to institutional-grade digital asset operations and custody infrastructure within a fast-evolving environment. **Responsibilities / Requirements include:** - Degree in a STEM-related discipline. - Minimum 1 year of experience within financial services, operations, settlements, reconciliation, or related functions. - Strong interest in digital assets, blockchain technology, and institutional finance. - Ensure compliance with regulatory and operational requirements, including maintaining accurate records and supporting reporting processes. - Perform fiat and digital asset reconciliations, investigating and resolving discrepancies in a timely manner. - Reconcile staking reward information and ensure completeness across relevant accounts. - Support operational processes related to new product enhancements and settlement workflows. - Execute BAU operational checks and controls aligned with compliance and asset security standards. - Identify opportunities to improve operational workflows, automation, and process efficiency. - Participate in testing and rollout activities for new or enhanced digital asset products and operational systems.
