Tasks - **Advising** financial intermediaries on regulatory, legal and compliance matters - **Establishing companies** for clients - Preparing, submitting and guiding through **licensing applications** - Acting as **AML & Risk Officer** as part of outsourcing mandates - Implementing **RegTech** software for clients - Drafting and reviewing **policies** and delivering **training** - Coordinating with **supervisory authorities** - **Co-developing JayBee** and contributing ideas for our shared success Requirements - University degree or other higher education in law and/or compliance; a Swiss education is an advantage - Relevant professional experience (3+ years), preferably with 2+ years of practical experience in the Swiss financial industry - Knowledge of financial market regulation such as AMLA, AMLO-FINMA, SRO Regulations, CDB20 - Business fluent in English; knowledge of a Swiss national language is an advantage - Committed, energetic, proactive personality ready to deliver above expectations - Independent, goal-oriented work style with strong attention to detail - Team player with strong communication, reporting & stakeholder management skills - Tech & AI affinity, preferably in the field of RegTech Nice to have: - Advanced expertise in crypto - Consulting experience or experience in a law firm - Advanced AI skills and experience with RegTech tools Benefits **Working at JayBee** **JayBee AG** is a fast growing consulting firm based in **Zug** with a strong focus on **DLT, crypto & FinTech** .
