Consultant – Blockchain & Digital Assets | Advisor

Our Advisory practice is seeking a Consultant specialized in Blockchain and Digital Assets to support the continued growth of our services. In this role, you will work alongside senior team members on projects for leading financial institutions, corporates and fintechs, supporting them in understanding, designing and implementing solutions leveraging blockchain technologies and digital assets. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical and problem - solving capabilities with a genuine interest in the blockchain and digital assets ecosystem, demonstrating business acumen and a foundational understanding of the underlying technologies. **About the Team** Our Blockchain & Digital Assets team has supported clients in navigating the rapidly evolving digital asset landscape since 2016. We advise organizations across industries, from strategy definition to implementation and transformation programs. **Your Impact** As a Consultant in the Blockchain & Digital Assets practice, you will: • Support project teams across the lifecycle of blockchain/digital assets initiatives, from market and use case analysis to the design and implementation of blockchain - based services and digital asset solutions. • Contribute to the development of client deliverables, including presentations, reports, business cases and strategic analyses. • Conduct research and analysis on industry trends, regulatory developments and technological innovations within the blockchain and digital assets ecosystem. • Help translate blockchain - related concepts into clear business insights for internal and client stakeholders. • Collaborate with colleagues, technology providers and clients to support project delivery and ensure high - quality outcomes. **Requirements** **•** **1 – 3 years of professional experience in the blockchain and digital assets** **industry** , preferably in consulting or advisory environments. • Strong understanding of the blockchain and digital assets ecosystem. • Ability to combine business thinking with a solid foundational understanding of blockchain technologies and their practical applications. • Strong analytical, research and problem - solving skills. • Structured mindset and attention to detail. • Good communication and presentation skills. • Proactive attitude, curiosity and willingness to learn in a fast - evolving environment. • Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken. **Nice to Have** • Exposure to financial services, capital markets, payments or fintech topics relevant to blockchain and digital assets use cases. • Familiarity with the regulatory landscape affecting digital assets and blockchain adoption. • Experience in developing business cases, operating models or strategic assessments. • Ability to work with both business and technical stakeholders in cross - functional environments. • International project exposure. **Why Join Us** You will join a growing and dynamic team at the forefront of blockchain and digital asset innovation, working on transformative initiatives with leading organizations across the world.
