**I'm hiring | Corporate & Finance Senior Associate (Blockchain & Digital Assets)** My team is growing, and we're looking for talented **Singapore-qualified Senior Associates (3–5 PQE)** to join us. We're advising clients across Singapore and the wider region on the novel issues thrown up by the fast-moving, ever-evolving blockchain industry. It's genuinely cutting-edge work, and we want people who are excited to be at the forefront of it. For those at the more senior end of the range, this is also a real opportunity to help shape and grow the practice with us. **What you'll do** You'll be part of a dynamic team working on a broad range of matters, including fundraising, M&A, project structuring, and regulatory requirements under the Securities and Futures Act, the Payment Services Act, and the Financial Services and Markets Act. **What we're looking for** - A good grounding in general corporate law or financial services law - Experience with transactional and regulatory matters (whether in practice or in-house) - A strong interest in cutting-edge technology - Initiative, drive, and commercial acumen - Prior experience at, or interaction with, a Web 3 company or the Monetary Authority of Singapore is an advantage, but not essential If this sounds like you, or someone in your network, we'd love to hear from you.
