Reference 25000N0E **Responsibilities** Societe Generale-FORGE (“SGF”) is strengthening its Sales and Business/Product development teams with the goal to significantly expand its client base in the context of the new MiCA and GENIUS regulations. The ideal candidates will be seasoned business developers with track record, having the ability to think through how markets need to adapt to support paradigm-shifting technology. The candidate’s core skill sets should be in deal making, partner and stakeholder management, cross-functional collaboration, project execution. Working as part of a fast-moving global team, candidates will need to be self-starters with the ability to work independently and work effectively with leadership and cross-functional teams. **Responsibilities include :** - Drive revenue growth. Originate and close deals with clients - Achieve the company’s client expansion with cross functional teams, with a focus on increasing our market footprint with the crypto industry (crypto asset owners, crypto exchanges, brokers) and stablecoin adoption - Foster partnerships with key stakeholders within the Societe Generale Group (Capital markets, Security Services, Corporate banking, Private banking, Cash management, …) to leverage our broader origination and distribution channels - Ensure superior client experience through time - Work closely with the product, engineering, legal and compliance teams to bring new products and services to market that enable institutional participation in crypto and DeFi markets in a safe and compliant way The position is based in Paris La Defense with limited WFH policy. **Required** **Profile required** - To be considered, candidates must have: - A demonstrated sales track record in either institutional crypto exchange, broker, crypto custody, blockchain technologies or related fintech - Deep knowledge of the cryptocurrency and DeFi industries - Prior experience with the financial industry in capital markets, trading, security services or payments - Minimum 10 years of relevant experience for senior positions and 3 years for junior positions - Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills - “Doer” personality: result-oriented, decisive, and energetic. Ability to work with cross-functional teams. - The position is highly collaborative **Business insight** Societe Generale-FORGE is the crypto asset arm of Societe Generale, licensed as Investment Firm, Crypto Asset Service Provider and Electronic Money Institution, supervised by the ACPR and the AMF. SGF provides financial institutions, asset managers, corporates and crypto-natives companies, with end-to-end services to issue, manage, trade and custody crypto assets. SGF is the issuer of the EUR and USD CoinVertibles (EURCV, USDCV), which are MiCA-compliant stablecoins available with different crypto exchanges and brokers.
