Crypto Data Analyst

**About the Company** 332 Studios is a creative technology company working at the intersection of gaming, interactive media, and Web3. We develop digital products that integrate blockchain-based systems, in-game economies, and new models of digital ownership. As we continue to expand our data capabilities, we are looking for a Crypto Data Analyst to help us better understand on-chain activity, user behavior, and ecosystem performance across our products. **Role Overview** The Crypto Data Analyst will be responsible for turning complex blockchain and product data into clear, actionable insights. You will analyze on-chain activity, user interactions, and token ecosystem metrics to support product, engineering, and growth decisions. This role requires strong analytical thinking and the ability to work with multiple data sources in a fast-moving environment. **Key Responsibilities** - Analyze on-chain data across wallets, smart contracts, and blockchain networks - Build and maintain dashboards tracking key metrics such as user activity, token flows, and ecosystem performance - Identify behavioral patterns in Web3 gaming environments - Work closely with product and engineering teams to define KPIs and reporting frameworks - Analyze token-related metrics including distribution, circulation, and user engagement - Conduct cohort, retention, and funnel analysis for blockchain-based products - Translate raw data into structured insights and recommendations for decision-making - Support ongoing optimization of product and economic systems **Requirements** - 2–4 years of experience in data analysis, ideally in crypto, fintech, or gaming - Strong understanding of blockchain data structures and transaction-level analysis - Proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language (Python or R preferred) - Experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Looker, Power BI, Dune Analytics) - Ability to work with large and complex datasets - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Experience working in cross-functional teams **Nice to Have** - Experience in GameFi, NFT, or Web3 gaming projects - Familiarity with DeFi protocols and token economics - Experience analyzing wallet-level user behavior - Knowledge of smart contract interactions from a data perspective - Experience in growth analytics or product analytics **Compensation** $65,000 – $95,000 USD annually, depending on experience and skill level **What We Offer** - Fully remote role based in Turkey or aligned time zones - Opportunity to work on early-stage Web3 gaming and digital economy systems - High level of ownership and direct impact on product decisions - Small, focused team with minimal bureaucracy - Flexible and asynchronous-friendly working environment We are looking for someone who is comfortable working at the intersection of blockchain data, gaming, and product analytics, and who can help turn complex data into meaningful insights that shape product direction.
