The team focuses on integrating blockchain infrastructure and decentralized finance (DeFi) components into practical applications, supporting the adoption of digital assets across modern platforms. **About the Role** ABCI Tech is looking for a Crypto & DeFi Operations Analyst to support workflows connected to digital assets, blockchain systems, and decentralized applications. This role is hands-on and focused on execution. You will monitor activity, support transaction-related processes, and work with systems that interact with DeFi protocols and blockchain networks. Ideal for someone who already understands how crypto works in practice and wants to apply that knowledge in a structured environment. **Responsibilities** - Monitor crypto-related activity across blockchain networks - Support operational workflows connected to DeFi and digital assets - Track transactions and ensure accurate processing - Assist in maintaining internal records and reporting - Coordinate with internal teams on system-related tasks - Identify inefficiencies and support process improvements **Requirements** - Strong interest in crypto, DeFi, and blockchain ecosystems - Basic understanding of wallets, transactions, and network mechanics - Familiarity with DeFi platforms or decentralized applications - Attention to detail and analytical mindset - Ability to work with structured processes and data - Comfortable working in a remote environment **Compensation** Base Salary: CAD 215,000 – CAD 245,000 per year Token Allocation: Performance-based incentives Legacy: Direct exposure to crypto operations and DeFi-based systems
