The digital asset activity focuses on monitoring derivatives markets and evaluating trading conditions across global crypto exchanges. **The Role** The Crypto Derivatives Analyst is responsible for analyzing derivatives markets across major digital asset exchanges. The role focuses on monitoring perpetual futures activity, funding rate dynamics, open interest changes, and basis spreads. The analyst produces structured reports used to evaluate derivatives positioning and market conditions in liquid crypto markets. **Responsibilities** - Monitor perpetual futures markets across major crypto exchanges - Analyze funding rates, open interest changes, and basis spreads - Track derivatives positioning in BTC, ETH, and liquid altcoin markets - Monitor volatility conditions affecting derivatives markets - Produce structured derivatives market reports for internal teams - Analyze cross-exchange derivatives liquidity and pricing differences - Track large market movements and derivatives-driven volatility - Maintain datasets and dashboards covering derivatives market activity **Requirements** - Minimum 2 years of experience analyzing crypto or derivatives markets - Strong understanding of perpetual futures and derivatives mechanics - Experience monitoring funding rates, open interest, and market positioning - Experience working with trading datasets from crypto exchanges - Strong analytical reporting skills in English - Experience using Python, SQL, or similar analytical tools is preferred - Familiarity with market liquidity and volatility analysis **Compensation** Base Salary: $90,000 – $120,000 Token Allocation: not applicable Legacy: performance-based bonus
