The role involves managing daily financial operations related to digital asset transactions, including monitoring cash and crypto flows, reconciling accounts, and ensuring accurate and timely settlements. The Crypto Finance Operations professional will support financial reporting, assist with internal controls, and coordinate with compliance and risk teams to maintain regulatory and policy adherence. The role also includes collaborating with product, customer support, and technology teams to resolve operational issues, optimize processes, and improve efficiency in all finance-related workflows. **Qualifications** - Strong Financial Operations and Finance skills, with experience in handling transaction flows, reconciliations, and settlements. - Proficient Analytical Skills for data interpretation, trend analysis, and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment. - Effective Communication skills for clear coordination with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders. - Knowledge of Financial Reporting, including preparation, review, and support for audits and regulatory submissions. - Familiarity with cryptocurrency markets, blockchain concepts, and digital asset platforms is highly beneficial. - Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. - High attention to detail, integrity in handling financial data, and the ability to work under time-sensitive conditions. - Comfort with using finance and operations tools, spreadsheets, and relevant software systems.
