The primary responsibility of this role is to optimize liquidity across centralized exchanges (CEX) and decentralized finance (DeFi) platforms. The role includes monitoring market conditions, executing trades, managing liquidity pools, and developing effective strategies for token and cash flow management. The Crypto Liquidity Manager will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between liquidity operations and the company's broader financial and strategic goals. **Qualifications** - Strong understanding of cryptocurrency trading, market dynamics, and exchange operations (both CEX and DeFi). - Proficiency in managing liquidity pools, executing trades, and analyzing market data. - Knowledge of DeFi protocols, yield farming, and token strategy development. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making. - Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. - Familiarity with financial risk management and compliance standards is a plus. - Experience with blockchain technology and asset management tools is highly desirable. - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
