The digital asset initiative focuses on monitoring trading environments and liquidity conditions across global crypto exchanges. **The Role** The Crypto Liquidity Monitoring Analyst tracks liquidity conditions and trading activity across major digital asset markets. The role focuses on monitoring order book depth, spread dynamics, derivatives liquidity, and exchange-level trading conditions. The analyst produces internal reports used to evaluate market liquidity and trading environments. **Responsibilities** - Monitor order book depth, spreads, and liquidity conditions across major crypto exchanges - Track derivatives liquidity including funding rates and open interest - Analyze trading volumes and liquidity changes across BTC, ETH, and liquid altcoins - Monitor cross-exchange liquidity fragmentation and price differences - Produce structured liquidity monitoring reports for internal teams - Track volatility events impacting market liquidity - Maintain datasets and dashboards covering market liquidity metrics - Support internal teams with market structure and liquidity insights **Requirements** - Minimum 2 years of professional experience analyzing crypto or financial markets - Strong understanding of order books, spreads, and market liquidity - Experience analyzing trading data from centralized crypto exchanges - Familiarity with derivatives markets including perpetual futures - Experience working with crypto market datasets or analytics platforms - Strong analytical reporting skills in English - Experience with Python, SQL, or data analysis tools is preferred **Compensation** Base Salary: $85,000 – $115,000 Token Allocation: not applicable Legacy: performance-based bonus
