**Senior Manager, Digital Asset Operations & Market Liquidity** **About the company** Our client is a high-growth CeDeFi startup building building the next-generation financial settlement infrastructure and looking for an experienced Operations Lead based in Africa to own the marketplace ecosystem. You'll drive liquidity depth, manage institutional relationships, and scale our user base across key markets. **Key Responsibilities** - **Market Growth:** Identify and onboard institutional and high-volume participants to ensure consistent marketplace liquidity and depth - **User Acquisition & Activation:** Develop and execute localized growth strategies to acquire and convert new users into active traders — spanning segmentation, referral programs, and onboarding optimization - **Partner & Counterparty Management:** Serve as the primary relationship owner for key marketplace participants, maintaining platform SLAs and operational standards - **Market Intelligence:** Surface local payment trends, settlement preferences, and alternative rails relevant to the African market for the product team **What We're Looking For** - 5+ years in Fintech Operations, Digital Asset Settlement, or Marketplace Management - Strong understanding of the African crypto trading landscape - Deep familiarity with Nigerian payment infrastructure, local market dynamics, and cross-border value movement - Proven ability to build SOPs and operate effectively in lean, remote-first environments
