Crypto Operations Manager

Petrodatycs is a blockchain company building infrastructure for the energy sector. We tokenize carbon credits and energy-related real-world assets, enabling on-chain generation, trading, and management of digital assets. We are looking for a Crypto Operations Manager to run day-to-day token and blockchain operations. **What you’ll do:** - Manage daily operations of our tokenized assets and crypto platform - Handle token minting, distributions, vesting, wallet operations and on-chain processes - Coordinate with partners, exchanges and liquidity providers - Monitor on-chain activity, performance and liquidity metrics - Support new token launches and ecosystem integrations **What we’re looking for:** - 3–6 years of hands-on experience in crypto operations or token management - Solid knowledge of blockchain, token mechanics and on-chain processes - Experience with tokenized assets or DeFi operations is a big plus - You actively invest in crypto and manage your own meaningful portfolio **What we offer:** - **$90,000 – $100,000 USD base salary** (depending on experience) + token package - Full global health insurance - Unlimited PTO and fully remote work - Home office stipend and learning budget
