Responsibiliti es · Oversee daily cryptocurrency trade settlement activities, coordinating with internal teams and external counterparties to ensure timely and accurate process ing· Conduct trade and settlement reconciliations across the full post-trade lifecycle, investigating and resolving discrepancies as requi red· Monitor and manage digital asset inventory levels, collaborating closely with Trading and Finance teams to support forthcoming settlement obligati ons· Administer the whitelisting of cryptocurrency wallet addresses in accordance with established contr ols· Support broader banking operations, including onboarding of new beneficiaries, monitoring payment cut-off times, and managing related banking proces ses· Assist in the collection, organization, and maintenance of external counterparty and trade-related operational d ata· Identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency, strengthen controls, and mitigate r isk· Collaborate with internal stakeholders to optimize operational workflows and support business scalability Experie nce· Previous experience (4-5 years) in crypto operations, ideally with exposure to settlements, key management, white listed address wallet, et c..· Strong understanding of cryptocurrency mark ets· Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and stakehold ers· High attention to det ail· Highly ambitious, with a strong desire to learn and g row· Strong interest in fintech and digital ass ets· Advanced Excel ski lls
