Crypto Operations & Trading Specialist

**About the Role** We are looking for a Crypto Operations & Trading Specialist to support our digital asset activities across centralized exchanges, DeFi protocols, and blockchain wallets. This role combines trade execution, wallet management, and operational oversight — ideal for someone who is already active in crypto markets and comfortable working across both CEX and DeFi environments. You will work closely with traders, analysts, and the operations team to ensure smooth execution, accurate settlement, and secure asset management. **Key Responsibilities** - Execute and monitor trades on centralized exchanges (Binance, Kraken, Bybit, etc.) - Manage wallet operations: deposits, withdrawals, address whitelisting, and transaction verification - Interact with DeFi protocols for yield generation, liquidity provision, and staking - Track trade settlements and confirmations across spot, futures, and perpetual markets - Reconcile daily trading activity with exchange records and internal systems - Monitor network conditions, gas fees, and transaction delays - Support internal teams with account setup, API key management, and wallet infrastructure - Maintain clear records of all trading and operational activity for reporting and audit purposes **What We’re Looking For** - Hands‑on experience with crypto wallets (MetaMask, Ledger, Phantom, etc.) - Practical experience trading on centralized exchanges (CEX) - Familiarity with DeFi protocols and on‑chain transactions - Understanding of trade settlement across spot, futures, and perpetual markets - Experience with blockchain explorers and transaction monitoring - Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately in fast‑moving environments - Candidates with a mix of CEX, DeFi, and wallet experience will stand out **What We Offer** - Competitive base salary: $120,000 – $160,000 + performance bonus - Fully remote — work from anywhere - Direct exposure to live trading strategies and DeFi operations - Long‑term growth in a fast‑scaling digital asset firm - Collaborative, transparent, and high‑trust team culture **About Madista Mundus** We are a forward‑looking digital asset investment firm focused on capturing value across decentralized finance, blockchain infrastructure, and emerging crypto markets.
