**Position Summary**
We are seeking a high-caliber
**Crypto OTC Senior Sales Lead**
to drive the growth of our OTC trading desk. This is a premier individual contributor role designed for a seasoned professional with a deep book of business and a sophisticated understanding of the digital asset landscape. You will be responsible for the full sales lifecycle: from identifying and onboarding institutional prospects to executing high-volume trades and managing long-term strategic accounts.
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Institutional Client Acquisition:**
Proactively identify, pitch, and onboard institutional-grade clients, including hedge funds, family offices, MSOs, and high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs).
- **Revenue Generation:**
Own and exceed individual trading volume and revenue targets through active market engagement and superior trade execution.
- **Relationship Management:**
Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of Tier-1 clients, ensuring OSL remains their preferred liquidity partner through exceptional service and market insight.
- **Deal Structuring:**
Work closely with the trading desk to provide competitive pricing and bespoke liquidity solutions (voice and electronic) tailored to complex client needs.
- **Market Intelligence:**
Act as a subject matter expert, providing clients with timely market commentary, liquidity trends, and insights into the regulatory landscape.
- **Ecosystem Collaboration:**
Partner with Compliance, Legal, and Operations to navigate the onboarding (KYC/AML) process and ensure seamless post-trade settlement.
**Requirements**
- **Experience:**
8-10+ years of experience in OTC sales, with at least
**2-3 years specifically within the crypto/digital asset space**
.
- **Proven Track Record:**
A demonstrable history of meeting or exceeding aggressive individual sales quotas and managing significant trading volumes.
- **Network:**
An existing, active "rolodex" of institutional clients or professional investors within the digital asset or traditional finance (TradFi) sectors.
- **Product Expertise:**
Deep understanding of spot trading, market structures, liquidity provision, and the nuances of regulated trading environments.
- **Communication Mastery:**
Ability to articulate complex financial concepts and OSL’s value proposition to sophisticated stakeholders and C-suite executives.
- **Self-Starter Mentality:**
Highly motivated to work independently in a fast-paced, evolving regulatory environment without the need for constant supervision.
