Crypto Payments Specialist  Company: Reliant HR Consultancy & Facility Management WLL  Location: Remote  Employment: Full-time  Compensation: $205,000 – $255,000 USD per year (base), depending on experience About the role Reliant HR Consultancy & Facility Management WLL is hiring a Crypto Payments Specialist to own crypto payment rails end to end—on-ramps, off-ramps, stablecoin flows, reconciliations, and partner operations. You’ll keep payment processes fast, accurate, and compliance-aware for distributed crypto programs. Responsibilities - Operate and improve crypto payment workflows (deposits, withdrawals, conversions, settlements) - Coordinate with exchanges, PSPs, on/off-ramp providers, and internal ops/finance teams - Reconcile payment activity across wallets, exchange accounts, and bank/fiat rails - Monitor SLAs, failure rates, fees, and settlement delays; drive root-cause fixes - Maintain SOPs for exception handling, refunds/reversals, and escalation paths - Partner with compliance on Travel Rule, sanctions screening, and payment controls - Support new corridor/provider launches with testing checklists and go-live readiness - Produce clear weekly reporting on volume, errors, costs, and open incidents Requirements - 2–5 years in payments, fintech ops, treasury ops, or crypto payments - Working knowledge of stablecoins, exchanges, wallets, and on/off-ramp flows - Strong reconciliation skills and comfort with high-detail operational work - Experience with compliance-aware payment processes and audit-ready documentation - Clear written English for SOPs, incident notes, and stakeholder updates - Ability to work async with remote cross-functional teams - Proficiency with ops tooling (ticketing, spreadsheets; SQL/dashboards a plus) Nice-to-haves - Experience with Travel Rule tooling or VASP payment operations - Prior work launching new payment corridors or PSP integrations - Familiarity with multi-currency / multi-rail cost optimization
