Crypto Product Manager

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** **1.** **Product Ownership & Strategy Alignment** - Drive the strategic planning and lifecycle management of crypto product lines, including custody, tokenization, stablecoin integration, and fiat on/off ramps. - Ensure product vision and execution align with business priorities, regulatory requirements, and market developments in the digital asset space. - Evaluate market trends and emerging technologies to inform product direction and scalability. **2.** **Cross-functional Delivery and Execution** - Lead cross-functional teams to translate product strategy into well-scoped, executable delivery plans. - Collaborate closely with engineering, compliance, operations, and risk stakeholders to ensure timely and secure product rollout. - Monitor product performance and implement enhancements based on user feedback, analytics, and operational needs. **3.** **Infrastructure Awareness & Risk Governance** - Partner with infrastructure and architecture teams to ensure products are built on secure, scalable, and resilient systems. - Incorporate risk and compliance considerations, including KYC/AML, Travel Rule, and custody standards, into product planning and implementation. - Support audit readiness and regulatory engagements related to product functionality and platform security. **REQUIREMENTS** - Minimum 6 years of experience in technology infrastructure or platform engineering, with at least 2 - 4 years in the crypto, blockchain, or digital assets space. - Strong understanding of cloud computing, container orchestration, secure key management systems, and blockchain node infrastructure. - Proven experience designing and operating institutional-grade platforms that prioritize scalability, security, and compliance. - Familiarity with relevant regulatory frameworks (e.g., MAS TRM Guidelines, FATF Travel Rule, SEC custody rules) in the context of crypto. - Hands-on leadership style with the ability to manage cross-functional engineering teams and external vendors. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, especially in high-growth or regulated environments.
