Crypto Settlement Operations Manager

EightBitsLab is expanding its digital asset infrastructure and is seeking a Crypto Settlement Operations Manager to support operational settlement processes across cryptocurrency exchanges and blockchain networks. The role focuses on coordinating crypto asset transfers, verifying blockchain confirmations, and maintaining operational oversight of settlement processes between exchanges and internal wallet infrastructure. The position supports the reliability of crypto settlement operations at EightBitsLab. This is not a trading or marketing role. Responsibilities • Monitor crypto transaction confirmations across multiple blockchain networks. • Coordinate crypto asset transfers between exchanges and internal wallets. • Track settlement activity related to executed crypto transactions. • Maintain records of crypto transfers, balances, and settlement reporting. • Identify inconsistencies in crypto settlement data or blockchain confirmations. • Review exchange deposit and withdrawal activity related to crypto settlements. • Support internal teams with crypto settlement monitoring and reporting. • Maintain documentation related to crypto settlement operational procedures. Requirements • Experience working with crypto exchanges or digital asset infrastructure. • Understanding of crypto transaction confirmations and blockchain settlement processes. • Experience transferring crypto assets between exchanges and wallets. • Familiarity with blockchain explorers and transaction monitoring tools. • Strong operational discipline when handling crypto assets. • Experience working in crypto operations, digital assets, or financial operations roles. • Professional fluency in English. • Strong attention to detail when managing crypto transaction data. Compensation Base Salary: 300,000 - 350,000 USD per year Token Allocation: Optional Legacy: Performance-based bonus tied to settlement reliability and operational performance
