Crypto Trader – based in Shenzhen (RMB$ 20k - 25k/

**Responsibilities:** - Monitor cryptocurrency markets during EU trading hours (3:00 p.m. – 11:00 p.m.) and flag notable movements or events. - Work closely with senior traders to learn and support the development and refinement of trading strategies. - Assist with trade execution under supervision, ensuring compliance with risk management guidelines. - Analyse market data and identify trends - Support portfolio tracking and performance improvement initiatives. - Assist in building and maintaining dashboards and tools used for monitoring trades and market activity. - Stay up to date with developments in crypto markets, DeFi, and relevant regulatory changes. - Prepare reports on trading performance and market insights. **Requirements:** - Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field. - Good command of English, with clear verbal and written communication skills. - Strong analytical mindset with solid numerical abilities. - Great interest in cryptocurrency and global financial markets. - Detail‑oriented, disciplined, and able to follow structured processes. - A collaborative team player with a positive attitude. - Able to work on‑site and commit fully to the training program. - Be curious, analytical, and eager to learn.
